EverTechnology offers a number of different packages to record your conference ...and also offers the option to have the videos hosted on a webpage devoted exclusively to your conference.

Access to the page can be controlled in a number of different ways, depending on the needs of the organisation running the conference.

Access to the page is totally restricted to anyone outside of the parameters determined by the organising committee.

The original video files are produced as high resolution, high bitrate files and uploaded to VIMEO. From here they are served as required to end users. Visitors using a large screen desktop computer will be fed a 720p HD video feed, whereas visitors accessing on a smartphone will automatically be fed an optimised feed for low data rate streaming.

SELECTION OF VIDEOS FROM THIS CONFERENCE

For a large conference, this section could have a number of buttons to "filter" or "sort" the videos to facilitate easier selection of program material. In a particularly large conference a "Search" facility may be included here.
