Description

The Australian Dental Health Foundation seeks to:

be recognised as the pre-eminent coordinator of pro-bono oral health programs for disadvantaged Australians.; and
develop partnerships with like minded organisations to deliver high quality oral health education.
We will review some of our past achievements, several real life case studies from here and overseas and our ambitions for the future. Hopefully, you may also become involved and enjoy the rewards and experiences of volunteering.

Learning Outcomes:
Gain a better understanding of the ADHF’s current key initiatives being:
pro-bono oral health services to help disadvantaged Australians;
community service grants to help dental practitioners and student groups; and
study grants to encourage Indigenous students to engage in oral health education.
Learn from a fellow, experienced practitioner about the personal satisfaction and rewards that arise as a result of being actively involved in volunteering.
