After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Please allow approximately two weeks for editing and post-production of any conference recordings before they are made available for digital download.

Once the files are available, you will receive an email detailing the download links.

If you have selected the option to have recordings delivered to you on physical media (such as CD or DVD discs), you should allow a further week for preparation and delivery.
